TRANSFER NEWS: Arsenal's Cech promise, Kane on Man Utd future, Chelsea EXODUS

Harry Kane insists he will not quit Tottenham for Manchester United this summer.
The striker is currently on England Under-21 duty after breaking onto the scene last season.
He scored 21 Premier League goals for Spurs last season and earned his first England call-up, catching United's eye in the process.
But the 21-year-old has moved to dampen talk he is about to switch clubs.
"I am happy at Spurs and I look forward to the future with Spurs," he said.
"I have seen there is interest but that's all I know. It is flattering for other clubs to maybe be interested."
Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has told Petr Cech he will be first-choice goalkeeper should he leave Chelsea for the Emirates club.
That is according to the Mirror, who claim Cech has sought guarantees he would be number one.
Cech, 33, is widely expected to leave Stamford Bridge for north London after losing his place in the Chelsea first XI to Thibaut Courtois.
He will cost Arsenal a reported £10m-£14m, with the move expected to be complete within the next few days.

Cech's exit may be closely followed by the departure of a number of talents after it was revealed Jose Mourinho will help out a friend in the transfer market.
Former Leeds United player Bruno Ribeiro - who strred for the club between 1997 and 1999 - has recently taken over at Bulgarian side Ludogorets.
And, asked about his transfer plans for the coming season, the Portuguese said: "Jose Mourinho is like a brother of mine.
"We talked about Ludogorets and he advised me to come here.
"It is possible that some Chelsea players will join Ludogorets [on loan].
"I’ll talk with Mourinho and see what happens. Without doubt he is going to help us."
